My Journey from Wall Street to Meta
The Digital Spark
I grew up around computers and code, from programming in Logo as a kid to building with VBA and SQL in my first roles in banking and consulting. I fell in love with analytics early: crunching thousands of rows of data and watching it impact real business outcomes felt like magic.
The Gaming Pivot
I wanted to work on something I was passionate about, so I spent two years grinding through thousands of applications, hundreds of interviews, and countless networking events to get my dream job making video games. The turning point came when someone told me: “Apply for what you know, not what you want”.
Scaling My Craft
I spent over a decade in the gaming industry, from EA to MachineZone to Amazon Games to Zynga. I scaled operations and built monetization systems on titles grossing billions, launched new franchises to millions of players, and learned what it takes to build products from scratch and at scale.
Taking a Leap
After a decade in gaming, I made the move to Meta, working across Creator monetization, Reels, and the Horizon platform aka the Metaverse. The fundamentals of product leadership carry across industries, but every new domain sharpens how you think about users, growth, and what providing product value really means.

Built analytics and reporting systems in risk management and grew product adoption from 2.5% to 95% at two of the largest financial institutions in the world.
Electronic Arts
Led monetization and analytics across 100+ casual and competitive game titles, uncovering trends that drove millions in incremental revenue.
DeNA Games
Went deep into game design and live operations at a Japanese studio with global teams, driving millions in event revenue.
MachineZone
Ran monetization on Game of War, Mobile Strike, and Final Fantasy XV Mobile, three of the top grossing mobile games worldwide, each earning over $1 billion.
Amazon Game Studios
Built games from scratch, advised on feature design and KPIs for Crucible and The Grand Tour, and launched Twitch Prime gaming offers and Twitch Extensions.
Zynga
Built and scaled a cross-promotion ad network across 30+ titles and 7+ global studios, which was critical after Apple's ATT privacy changes.
Meta
Scaled creator monetization from thousands to hundreds of millions of creators, grew mixed reality engagement by 200%+, and currently leading AI character strategy for the Metaverse.
